2-3 lb Chuck Roast

cup
Pepperoncini peppers
1/4
cup
Pepperoncini juice
from the jar

tsp
Salt
1/2
tsp
Pepper

Garlic, minced

Au Jus gravy mix packet
1
1oz
Ranch seasoning packet

Butter
Instructions
Add chuck roast to the crock pot, then add all other ingredients except butter.
Cut butter into chunks and put them on top of the roast.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 6 hours.
Serve with Creamy Horseradish Sauce (recipe linked below) OR shred the meat and eat as a sandwich with the juices from the crock pot as a dip.
