Pre heat a skillet or flat griddle to low/medium heat.
In a mixing bowl mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Make a hole on the middle and add the remaining wet ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a measuring cup with a pour spout.
Add a thin layer of butter, oil, or bacon grease to your pan. This creates a non-stick surface and adds flavor and a crispy texture to the outside of your pancakes.
Pour your desired size on the skillet and cook until you see bubbles that pop and do not fill in. That means it's time to flip.
Let cook for 1-2 minutes on the flip side. You will know it's ready when you gently press the middle, it's bouncy and a little firm (like a cake). It won't feel "wet".
Repeat adding a thin layer of fat to the pan and pouring pancakes.
Enjoy!
