Sarah’s Mississippi Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 2-3 lb Chuck Roast
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoncini juice from the jar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
  • 1 1oz Au Jus gravy mix packet
  • 1 1oz Ranch seasoning packet
  • 5 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  • Add chuck roast to the crock pot, then add all other ingredients except butter.
  • Cut butter into chunks and put them on top of the roast.
  • Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 6 hours.
  • Serve with Creamy Horseradish Sauce (recipe linked below) OR shred the meat and eat as a sandwich with the juices from the crock pot as a dip.
