Sarah’s Mississippi Roast
Ingredients
- 1 2-3 lb Chuck Roast
- 1/4 cup Pepperoncini peppers
- 1/4 cup Pepperoncini juice from the jar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 1 1oz Au Jus gravy mix packet
- 1 1oz Ranch seasoning packet
- 5 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Add chuck roast to the crock pot, then add all other ingredients except butter.
- Cut butter into chunks and put them on top of the roast.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 6 hours.
- Serve with Creamy Horseradish Sauce (recipe linked below) OR shred the meat and eat as a sandwich with the juices from the crock pot as a dip.
