Crock Pot Ranch Chicken (Crack Chicken)
Ingredients
- 1.5-2 lbs Chicken Breast
- 2 8oz blocks Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth or Water
- 1/2 Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 1oz Ranch seasoning packet
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (optional)
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 4-6 strips Bacon, cooked crispy and chopped. (topping)
Instructions
- Put The chicken in the crock pot and sprinkle the dry seasonings on top.
- Add the chopped bell pepper, broth, and minced garlic.
- Place the two blocks of cream cheese on top.
- Cook on high 4-6 hours or low for 8 hours.
- Shred Chicken and mix well.
- Add crispy bacon over the top and serve.
